Holly Boyter

Holly Boyter serves as Senior Product Director of Payment Solutions for ESI Healthcare Business Solutions (ESI). Her role is to manage the CASIE service.

Holly serves as a liaison between the hospital entity and the corresponding medical school facility and/or physician group responsible for the clinical care component for services. She manages a wide variety of customized, client-specific contracts, establishes business rules and payment methodologies

Holly joined ESI in 2018 with over ten years of previous experience in TPA operations in eligibility, claims processing, COBRA Administration, HIPAA compliance, and customer service.
