Nicole Wallace
Chief Operating Officer
Dr. Nicole Wallace brings a deep passion for patient care, health, and wellness to her role as Chief Operating Officer at ESI Healthcare Business Solutions (ESI). She leads ESI’s clinical team and spearheads the expansion of clinical services to hospitals, clinics, provider groups, and healthcare systems—driving business, operational, and clinical success.
A licensed pharmacist, Nicole has extensive clinical and leadership experience across retail and hospital settings. Prior to joining ESI, she held key leadership roles including Director of Operations, Director of Pharmacy, Division Pharmacy Manager, and Pharmacist in Charge.
Nicole earned her Doctor of Pharmacy from Purdue University and her Executive MBA from the University of Texas at Arlington. Outside of work, she enjoys attending festivals, coaching youth soccer, and spending time with her family.
