Linda F. McCann
Vice President, Client Advocacy

As Vice President of Client Advocacy at ESI Healthcare Business Solutions, Linda F. McCann is responsible for working with new and existing clients to develop and integrate the value and quality of existing ESI offerings. Based on client feedback, McCann drives accountability across the company for changes in products and services, resulting in better experience and higher customer satisfaction.  She is also responsible for developing and driving the company’s marketing, product management and public relation strategy to achieve the sales objectives of the company.

Throughout her 30 year healthcare consulting career, McCann has had a successful track record in leadership, sales, implementation, product management and customer loyalty. Most recently, McCann served as Managing Director at Huron Global Healthcare Practice, where she was responsible for selling and implementing healthcare projects internationally. Prior to Huron Global Healthcare Practice, McCann held the position of Practice Area Lead, Business Intelligence Data Warehousing and successfully built the business intelligence and data warehousing practice in the healthcare marketplace. McCann’s clients included Mayo Clinic, M.D. Anderson, Rush Health Associates and Oregon Health and Sciences University.

McCann graduated from the University of Texas with a MPA and earned a BS degree from University of Missouri.
